Coal India Ltd Recruitment invites applications from eligible candidates for the following Medical Executives positions.

A total of 151 seats (Gen 83, SC 13, ST 9, OBC 46) are available for the following posts.
Medical Specialist (E3 Grade)
GDMO Specialist (E2 Grade)
General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) (E2 Grade)
For Medical Specialist and GDMO Specialist: MBBS from recognised institute/ college approved by Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Anaesthesia, Radiology, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Medicine, Surgery, Pulmonary Medicine. The Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma should be recognised by Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council.
General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): MBBS from recognised institute/ college approved by Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council with minimum 60% marks for General and OBC and 55% marks for SC/ ST/ PH category candidates.
For Medical Specialist: 1 year post qualification experience for PG Degree and 3 years post qualification experience for PG Diploma.
Age Limit (as on 31 March 2011): Maximum 35 years for Medical Specialist and 30 years for GDMO Specialist and GDMO.
Medical Specialist: Rs 24,900- 50,500
GDMO Specialist: Rs 20,600- 46,500
General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): Rs 20,600- 46,500
Application Fee: Fee in the form of Demand Draft for General and OBC category candidates is Rs 500 and no fee will be charged from SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental candidates.
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Coal India Limited payable at Kolkata having the validity period of 6 months.
Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will comprise of interview.
